One Happy Customer!!! I remodeled my kitchen over a year ago and can say with 100% confidence the smartest decision I made on this project was to buy my appliances from Sewell. I am not a contractor that brings recurring business to Sewell, nor am I a large firm that Sewell could refer to as a major account. I am simply one individual who bought one set of appliances for one kitchen remodel project. I’ve had recurring problems with one of the appliances. Sewell was always there for warranty repair during the warranty period. After the warranty period they continued to represent my interests to the manufacturer on an appliance that was still problematic. Last Monday the appliance once again failed and I had out of town guests arriving Friday. I called Sewell with my dilemma. That Thursday, the Sewell installation team arrived with a brand new out of the box replacement, despite it being well beyond the warranty period. When I bought my appliances from Sewell, they said their business model is to do right by their customers. Many businesses say this as a marketing ploy or sales pitch and I am sure you’ll agree few, if any, live up to these words. I am convinced that customer advocacy is not only a business model for Sewell, it is part of their DNA. I cannot imagine buying appliances anywhere else. The Sewell team always makes me feel like I am their biggest customer!
